It has been another busy curling season at Galt Country Club this winter. With popularity growing, viewing rates up, and with it being an Olympic year, it’s great to see youngsters getting into the game. This season Galt Country Club has three new teams, all under the age of 21. On February 18th, Galt Country Club welcomed curlers of all ages and abilities to their open house called Try Curling Now!
Their goal was to encourage anyone interested in the game with an opportunity to throw their first rock under instructor guidance and learn more about the sport of curling.
Galt Country Club also offers affordable rates for school programs, please contact Ash Northridge, email@example.com for more information and scheduling.
Looking ahead, the golf season is just around the corner with an exciting year planned for their ever-growing junior section. Programs begin in late April and continue through the season.
General Manager Ash Northridge said, “We have had a great deal of success getting juniors out together. It’s not just about getting the swings going; it’s forging friendships which will set the path for the season. Golf is a social game, and there’s nothing better than seeing our Juniors organizing their own games and enjoying time together on the links.”
The Club is serious about growing the game, and their junior membership pricing reflects that. For more information, please contact Ash Northridge at firstname.lastname@example.org.
